Curtis Lowry, age 79, of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Massac Memorial Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Curtis was a member of Living Waters Church in Joppa, IL.

Curtis is survived by two sons, Curtis Lowry and wife Kristie and Trent Lowry and wife Becky; five grandchildren, Matt, Sarah, and Jake and Madison and Brooke; three great grandchildren, Bryson, Emry, and Luke; one chosen sister, Velma Ashford and husband Lowell; two sisters, Gayle Johnson and husband Monte and Marlene Bauer; one brother, Michael Lowry and wife Kathy; several nieces and nephews; beloved pastor, Bro. Shane Baker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Weldon and Vatrice Lowry; one sister, Patrice Simmons; one brother-in-law, Pete Bauer.
