Cindy Curtis, age 61, of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Due to the current health and safety directives, a service for Cindy will be held at a later date.

Cindy was a member of Brookport Church of God and worked at Western Baptist Hospital for 20 years.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Heather Bailey and husband David; son, Michael Curtis; five grandchildren who knew her as "Ninny", Austin Staton, Hunter Curtis, Destiny Curtis, Dylan Curtis and Jersey Curtis; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Beverly Robbins and Denna Decker and husband Tony; brother, Darrell Walter and wife Tracy; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Wanda (Williamson) Walter.
