Charles Corbett, age 80 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at his residence.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Metropolis with Father Michael Christopher Mujule officiating.

Charles was retired and had previously worked at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

Charles is survived by his children, Nikki Corbett, Kelly Corbett, Kevin Corbett and wife Frostanna, and Sean Corbett and wife Melanie; grandchildren, McCrae, Lehi, Daniel, and Seamus Corbett; sister, Roberta Corbett.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Roger and Bernice (Konkel) Corbett, Sr. and his wife, Stephanie (Burkhardt) Corbett.

Rosary will be said at 5:00 pm on Friday, March 25, 2022 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church followed by visitation from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
