Obituary
Cason Lamar Durrett, 1 month 6 days, of Metropolis, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Massac Memorial Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Hallman officiating. Cason is survived by his mother, Amanda Cozzie of Metropolis; father, Cody Durrett of Metropolis; grandparents, Rhonda Hallman and husband Larry of Abernant, AL, Jerry Durrett of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Glenda and Louis Cozzie of Metropolis; six aunts and uncles, Jessica Edwards, Ashley Philps, Megan Cozzie, Brittany Shelby, Anthony Kirby and Steven Cozzie; several cousins and extended family.Online condolences may be left at www.aikinsfarmer-millerfh.com.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home.Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis is in charge of arrangements.
