Carol Vance, 73 of Joppa, IL, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Massac Memorial Hospital.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Living Waters Full Gospel Church in Joppa, IL.

Carol is survived by her son, Ralph E. Vance of Joppa; daughter, Colleen Vance of Metropolis; two step-daughters, Sherry Vance Person and husband Ernie and Roseann Powell and husband Daryll; one sister-in-law, Penny Pugh; 21 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Gerald Edward Curl, Glenn Curl (Danna); James Curl (Candy), and Joseph Curl (Ruth); sisters, Cecelia Roofer and Gladys Gorney; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Fern Curl; husband, Charles E. Vance; son, Charles A Vance; brother, Richard Curl; and sister, Lila Mae.
