Mr. Buford D. Milligan, age 87, of Metropolis, IL, passed away at his home on Monday, October 23, 2017. A private service will be held at a later date. Mr. Milligan was an Air Force veteran and retired from Missouri Portland and EEI. Buford is survived by his wife of 66 years, Imogene; three daughters, Aleeta Massey of Brandon, MS, Terry Price and husband Dennis of Columbia, IL, and Carla Milligan of St. Louis, MO; two granddaughters, Adrian Massey and Dr. Kristin Walters and husband Matthew; and two great grandchildren, Grace and Emmett Walters all of Brandon, MS. Memorials may be given in Buford's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908. Arrangements are entrusted to Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis.
