Mr. Billy Fithian, 53, of Metropolis, IL, formerly of Owensville, IN, passed away Wednesday, May 18. 2016 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at the Fairhaven Christ Fellowship in Cynthiana, IL. Mr. Fithian was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving for 13 years. Billy is survived by his mother, Carol Finley; father, David Fithian; daughters, Sherri Fithian, Jennifer Rhoades, and Regan Fithian; son, Rhett Fithian; grandchildren, Andre and Cheik; sister, Kelly Jo Wicker; brother, Steve Fithian and Hunt Finley; several nieces and nephews. Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis was in charge of arrangements.
