Mrs. Beverly Norris, age 70, of the Boaz Community, IL, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Baptist Health Paducah.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the Anderson Congregational Church in Boaz, IL, with Rev. Gerald Cain officiating. Burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery.Mrs. Norris was a lifelong member of Anderson Church and worked for several years for Elgin Mental Health.Beverly is survived by her husband of 30 years, Harold Norris of the Boaz Community, IL; 1 daughter, Shirley Gillis and husband Mike of Glendale, AZ; 4 grandchildren, Jason Lauritzen and wife Megan and James Lauritzen both of Sparta WI, SPC Jessie Lauritzen and wife Amanda of Ft. Carson, CO, and Johnny Lauritzen of Glendale, AZ; 4 great-grandchildren, Gage Watters, Emma Leigh Lauritzen, Joyce Lauritzen, and Eric Lauritzen; 1 brother, Bill Holt and wife Nancy of Boaz Community, IL; and 1 nephew, William A. Holt and wife Sumar of Metropolis, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Orla Mae (Hight) Holt; sister, Marilyn Hartman.Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30, at the Anderson Congregational Church.Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the St. Joseph Indian School P.O.
