Mrs. Betty Jo Elam, 85, of Saline County, IL, formerly of Rosebud, IL, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Rosebud, IL, with Brother Kevin Richerson officiating. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Betty was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Betty is survived by one son, Greg Elam and wife Dena; granddaughter, Amber Turska and mother Sharon; great granddaughters, Madyson and Alice Turska; two brothers, Dickie Land and wife Donna and Jackie Land and wife Shirlyn; four sisters-in-law, Barbara Ferguson, Patsy Bowman, Evelyn Neibch, and Sue McCord; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and FloElla (Gilbert) Land; husband of 38 years, Harold Elam; two sons, Joe Elam and Bobby Elam; one sister-in-law, Vivian Little Stratemeyer.
