Benjamin Kingsley, age 53 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Services will be held at a later date.

Benjamin had worked as a chief engineer for BH Towing. He attended Joppa Baptist Church.

Benjamin is survived by his mother, Pamela Kingsley and her significant other, Bob Worthen; brother, Vincent Kingsley and wife Susan; stepdaughter, Evelyn Smith; niece, Caitlin Kingsley; nephew, Devon Kingsley; aunts, Pattye Lockard and Pam Fletcher; great aunt, Edith Fairfield; several cousins.

Benjamin was preceded in death by his father, Monte "Mad Dog" Kingsley; wife, Debra Kingsley; aunt, Kathy Barnett.
