Allene Cockerill, age 91 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Metropolis Memorial Gardens with Rev. Cliff Easter officiating.

Mrs. Cockerill is survived by one daughter, Jan Rudolph and husband Larry.

She was a member of Metropolis First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Noma Russell Kersey, and her husband of over 70 years, William E. Cockerill.
