Mrs. Alice Marie Donaldson, age 87, of Metropolis, IL, died on November 26, 2017 at her residence. There will be no services at this time. Mrs. Donaldson was born in Carbondale, IL. She married William Lloyd Donaldson on November 3, 1950 in Piggott, AR. Alice is survived by children, Debbie Lynch and husband Butch, Donna Donaldson, Amber Turner and husband Ben, William B. Donaldson and wife Sabrina, and Steven Donaldson and wife Angie; eight grandchildren, Aaron Wells, Lawrence "Bit" Lynch, Chris Moore, Sherry Moore, Dominique Mounce, Charles Lanford, William Tristan Donaldson, and Zach Donaldson; seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 66 years, William Lloyd Donaldson; one brother, Melvin Carney; five uncles.
