Steven Knotts Obituary
Mr. Steven Knotts, age 51, of Brookport, IL, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the Metropolis Memorial Gardens in Metropolis. There will be no visitation. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Mr. Knotts was an US Army veteran, mechanic, and member of Eastland Life Center.
Steven is survived by his mother, Mary Frances Knotts of Brookport; wife, Amanda Knotts of Brookport; son, Kannon Short; stepchildren, Clarrisa Short, Kelli Marshall, Jessica Jones, and Jared Sexton; nine step grandchildren; two sisters, Sherry Knotts of Brookport and Sue Powell of Grand Chain, IL; one brother, Phillip Knotts of Brookport; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Knotts.
Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis is in charge of arrangements.
