Peggy Edwards

Mrs. Peggy Edwards, age 86 of Benton, KY, formerly of Harrisburg, IL, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Stilley Assisted Living in Benton, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home with Darrell Simon and Bob Coburn officiating. Burial will follow in Pell Cemetery.

Peggy was a member of Harrisburg Church of Christ.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Robyn Dowdy and husband Greg; two sons, Terry Edwards and wife Sheryl and Phil Edwards and wife Karol; five grandchildren, Emily Dowdy, Bryce Edwards and wife Amanda, Lucas Edwards, Bethany Edwards and husband Alex Barry and Matthew Edwards; two great grandchildren, David Barry and Lillian Edwards.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 63 years, Robert Edwards; and one son, Charles John Edwards.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13th, at the Loftus-McManus Funeral Home from 9 am until the funeral at 11 am.
