Mrs. Bobbie Jane Caldwell, 77, of Metropolis, IL, passed away at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Baptist Health of Paducah.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2013 at the Aikins Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis. Rev. Terry Moore will officiate. Burial will follow at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Metropolis.Bobbie was a member of the First Christian Church in Metropolis.Bobbie is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Lyndell Caldwell of Metropolis; 3 children, Pam Angel of Metropolis, Cheryl Sexton of Calvert City, and Doug Caldwell and wife Tina of Metropolis; 4 grandchildren, Lisa Graves and husband Steve of Metropolis, Ashley Woody and husband Troy of Reidland, KY, Shelby Caldwell of Metropolis, and Shaun Caldwell of Metropolis; and 6 great-grandchildren, Peyton Skees and Sydney Skees of Metropolis, and Kaylie Newbold, Mackenzie Woody, Haley Woody, and Raegan Woody of Reidland, KY.She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Myrtle McCorkle and one granddaughter Miranda Sexton.Friends may call to the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home on Monday, April 15, from 10 to 11 a.m.
