Mary Bakehouse Obituary
Mrs. Mary Bakehouse, age 90, of Metropolis, IL, died on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Miller-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home in Metropolis with Pastor Tom Emmerson officiating. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery.
Mrs. Bakehouse was a member of Powers United Methodist Church and spent her life on the farm.
Mary is survived by two sons, Kim Laverne Bakehouse and Dwight A. Bakehouse both of Metropolis; one granddaughter, Autumn Bakehouse of Paducah, KY; one great grandson, Braxton Soltys of Paducah, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Cassie (Heideman) Johnson; husband, Laverne H. Bakehouse; one son, Lewis William Bakehouse; three sisters, Marion Johnson, Lois Evelyn Dillow and Elaine Williamson; one infant brother, Lewis Charles Johnson Jr.
Visitation will be from 9am until the funeral at 11am on Thursday, February 15th, at the Miller-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home in Metropolis.
